The 64th successor of the Divine Fist of the North Star. Along with Raoh, Toki, and Jagi, Kenshiro was trained as one of the Four Brothers of Hokuto until eventually being chosen as the successor. His chest bears seven scars in the shape of the Seven Stars of Hokuto.

Kenshiro's fiancée. After the nuclear war, she was separated from Kenshiro by Shin. Later, she assumes the destiny of the Merciful Mother Star and fights to bring peace to the chaotic post-apocalyptic world as the Last Nanto General.

Bearer of the Star of Dominance and one of the Six Masters of Nanto. After the nuclear war, he declared himself the Holy Emperor, built the Holy Imperial Cross Pyramid as a symbol of his domain, and battles the armies of Ken-oh for dominance.
